My romantic escape was delightful, with two great features offered at the hotel, including top-notch cleanliness and cozy rooms that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. the hotel is conveniently located near all the best restaurants and cafes in town, making it the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. the unlimited cups of coffee were a much-needed energy boost in the mornings, and the helpful staff were always available to provide assistance.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The location is very convenient as I could easily walk to the piste and the city center. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary tools for cooking. The staff was friendly and allowed me to reserve the sauna.

We went to a ski resort for xmas and the room we stayed in was pretty comfortable with a balcony boasting scenic views of the mountains. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome right from the start. They offered our dog treats which was a pleasant surprise. The location was also pretty convenient - we were able to walk a short distance to the start of the piste and there was a sauna that could be reserved for added comfort.

We had a few issues during our stay at the hotel. Firstly, we found the bed cover to be too short - it barely covered my height. Secondly, there were no luxurious amenities for a ski resort. We expected more from the hotel and were quite disappointed. our experience was a letdown, and we wouldn't recommend it to others.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel in Samnaun! The staff, Silvia and Ewald, were absolutely wonderful and made me feel like part of their family. The breakfast was perfect and the rooms were clean and cozy. I especially loved the view of the mountain from my room. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the center, and it had all the basic amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The wifi was also very good, which was a pleasant surprise.
